Current government Covid19 social distancing and hygiene protocol (if any) must be enforced by clients across their teams at all times
Studio staff are required to enforce the studio’s capacity requirement of maximum 14 people (excludes studio staff)
Invoice remittance in full is required via email 7 days prior to studio bookings. Failure to do so will result in disruption to your teams entry into the studio.
Clients forfeit 100% of invoiced studio hire fee in the event that they are a no-show and/or they cancel their booking within 48hrs of expected arrival
Clients planning on filming ‘behind the scenes’ and/or social content whilst shooting stills must declare so at the time of studio hire enquiry. Filming interferes with studio staff activities (such as external prop hire and recce appointments) and if extensive may require a closed set to be pre-arranged at an additional fee.
Clients are required to include our ‘Quick Need-To-Knows’ on call sheets and/or make their team aware of these prior to entry into the studio.
The delivery of items such as lighting, rigging, props, catering etc delivered to the studio prior to booking dates and/or the housing of items post-departure must be discussed with studio staff 48hrs in advance and is approved at their discretion.
All clients/teams must respect the studios residential neighbours at all times and ensure that bump in/out is carried out as quickly and quietly as possible.
The studio takes all care but no responsibility for client/team property during bookings and/or whilst being housed inside the studio
Clients must ensure that children and parents on-set remain in a designated area whilst not required on camera, that no animals are permitted in the studio unless required on-set and accompanied by a handler, and that music videos do not use amplified instruments or drums.
Clients will incur costs related to repair/replacement/damage/loss to the building and/or studio property (deemed by studio staff as outside of accepted wear and tear) brought about by themselves or their teams during their booking.
Clients/teams must ensure that battery packs and other items are not left to be charged overnight if their booking consist of multiple days.
Full day studio hire bookings must be wrapped and bumped out by 5pm unless overtime has been pre-arranged with studio staff. Failure to comply will result in applied overtime from 5.15pm (upon expiry of 15min grace period).
Bump-out requirements must be met prior to departure. This refers to the return of the space as a whole to it’s originally found state, and includes; studio equipment/mobile walls/prop- styling + set-design elements being returned to where originally found, breakout table and all used rooms have been ordered, waste placed in bins provided, dishwasher stacked, and no unreasonable cleaning required. A refundable* bump-out bond is included in all studio hire invoices and is refundable only upon confirmation by studio staff that these requirements have been met.
The studio holds the right to deem a clients bump-out as unacceptable in relation to our bump-out guidlines, and therefore not approve the refund of their bump-out bond.
